Graduate Student Travel Reimbursements for BSC 2011

The BSANA welcomes and encourages graduate students in Byzantine Studies and related fields to attend and participate in the 2011 Byzantine Studies Conference at DePaul University. To enable students who are not residents of the Chicago area to attend the BSC, stipends for room and travel are available. To qualify for a stipend reimbursing expenses, a graduate student must be a member of the BSANA by October 1, 2011 and must register for the Conference.

Students attending the BSC may receive reimbursement up to $300, and students presenting a paper may receive reimbursement up to $500.

Application for the stipend must be postmarked by December 1, 2011 and must include: (1) original receipts for accommodations and travel only, (2) proof of student status (3) a postal address where the reimbursement check should be sent.
